70% of the project is completed offshore at the KMG India offices while onsite/offsite accounts for the remaining. The elaboration phase (consisting of project initiation, analysis, design specification and final testing) is executed at the development center in Melville, New York. The onsite team interacts with the client to define requirements and manage scope changes. The construction phase (coding, quality assurance) is completed at the offshore centers in India.
