Realty Technology Java, J2EE Solution KMG developed the Realty Management Portal (a web application) for the real estate dealings of buyers, sellers, rentals and lease of property. The administrator could add new property, update the existing one and add, update Agents/Staff. It also had an event calendar for any appointments or events which had been scheduled for a particular time. It allowed admin to compose and send e-mail to the users of Realty. It enabled the user to make search for buying or renting the property, view the details of property and save to his/her account. Project Description The client wanted a web-based application which would allow Real Estate dealings for buyers, sellers, rentals and lease of property.
