A team was deployed in the KMG Offshore Support Center to help the client provide cost-effective maintenance support to his multiple clients.
The team provided support by analyzing the issues, making modification to the sources – if required, testing the solution and providing feedback to the client .

Project Description
The client wanted SLA driven system enhancement and maintenance support for his multiple clients.
The technology platforms supported were IBM AS/400 (iSeries) and Java. The main objective was to ensure smooth operations of the insurance related activities of these companies.

Major Issues / Challenges
The client used a customized Policy Management Application to support his various clients in writing policies (both personal and commercial lines) and maintaining policy Information. Many a times addition / modification to the package was done to cater to various statutory and management requirements of the clients. For such support, knowledge of the application was a primary requirement and response time was also critical to resolve various end-user issues.
