Challenges/Issues
The major challenge was to provide timely response to the tickets since the application was in use by agents and clients. The Application used technologies like XML, Duck Creek and AS/400, therefore the resources should be experienced on these technologies. Since the client’s development team had written the code, so there was no proper documentation whereby KMG resources were required to analyze the complete working of the code internally. |
Solution
KMG provided support and maintenance for this application by deploying an onsite coordinator. He interacted with the users to understand the application. He ensured smooth coordination between the client and the KMG team in India. KMG also provided training to the resources on the required technologies and the application. |
