Solution
KMG’s professionals worked in shifts to cover US time for high priority tickets. They carried out activities like proper work flow, ticket follow up, quality check of delivered items, integration testing and moved the tickets to production. These activities helped the client to carry on the production activities as planned with no outstanding delays.

KMG ’s Business Analyst interacted with the client’s users to convert his business needs to functional specifications. These functional specifications were later converted to technical specifications by onsite coordinator.
 
Project Description

The client used a Policy Management Application. The main modules of this application were Policy Management, Claims, Agent and Direct Billing, Reports and Reinsurance. Maintenance and enhancement of this application was a key requirement for the client.

The client also required onsite Business Analyst to interact with his users to understand their business needs and translate them to functional specifications .

KMG client had multiple clients located across United States. Due to the different time zones, working on high priority tickets became a challenge as it often required remote access to the client system.
