KMG deployed DBA support team for the smooth functioning of the client’s applications. KMG ensured proper shift arrangements with smooth handing-over/taking-over procedures, escalation mechanisms to ensure fool proof DBA operation.
KMG maintained multiple redundant locations for DBA operation so that if one office failed to provide service, the other office could take over causing minimal disruption to the client’s work.
