He has more than 35 years of global experience in delivering comprehensive business strategy and technology solutions. Prior to starting KMG, Subhash was with IBM, USA. His strong technical background, business acumen and perseverance are the qualities that initiated him to successfully lead the company to grow from a small office in New York to a global software company. Under his dynamic leadership, KMG today has captured the insurance domain worldwide. Subhash continues to inspire his team with his vision of excellence to leverage KMG domain expertise in the insurance sector. In addition to his business responsibilities, Subhash makes time to fulfill his social obligations as a humanitarian. He has started two charitable foundations; Daya Gopal Amrit Trust, USA and Amrit Sagar Charitable Trust, India. Subhash is an engineering graduate from the Delhi College of Engineering.

Biswajit Choudhury VP - Technology Biswajit has 25 years of experience in IT consulting & Software Project Management. He has 6 years of experience in P&C Insurance domain as Analyst, Designer and Developer. Prior to KMG, Biswajit worked with Indian IT companies like DPS, UB Group, ICI, PWC and Timken being a few notable ones. He is Bachelors in Science from University of Calcutta.

Pankaj Kumar Gupta VP - Software Services With around 20 years of experience in IT Industry, Pankaj possess expertise in AS/400, Java, Microsoft Technologies, Analysis/DB environments in all phases of the system development life cycle(analysis, design, construction, testing, implementation and maintenance). Industry experience includes: Finance, Insurance, HealthCare, Pharmaceutical, Retail and Manufacturing. As a Delivery Head, CTO & Managing Director for the past twenty years, Pankaj was involved in leading and mentoring team members; analyzing, designing, and developing systems; process improvements with the Software Engineering Process Group and developing documentation & is well-versed with Capability Maturity Model (CMM). Pankaj holds Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from Regional College of Engineering, Allahabad.

Dr. Abhijit Nadkarni VP - Marketing Abhijit has over 13 years of experience as an Project Management Consultant to North American and Indian companies and has played a key role in incubating the Web Technology Group in KMG. He has around 19 years of industry experience as an entrepreneur with strong domain skills in areas of Insurance, Finance and Telecom. Besides heading his own company Servotech Consultants, Abhijit has worked with software companies Zen Software and Datapro InfoWorld prior to joining KMG. He is an Bachelor in Computer Science from Princeton, Masters in Business Administration and an Masters in Medicine (Radiology). He is a Microsoft, Sun and PMI Certified Professional with strong leadership and team building capabilities.

Manish Govil VP - Technology Manish has over 10 years of experience in Design, Development, Management and Maintenance of Application Software across technology platforms. He has domain expertise in Insurance based applications , Retail, Merchandising ERP, Data Warehousing. Prior to KMG, Manish has earlier worked with Infosys Technologies and Adroit Software and Consulting. He is Masters in Science ( Computers ) from Kennedy Western Computers Science University, USA and Bachelors in Electronics.

Madhumita Dutta AVP - Technology Madhumita has over 12 years of global experience across development, project management, implementation and maintenance of various Application Softwares. She has a rich experience in Insurance verticals. Prior to joining KMG, Madhumita has worked with Edgesys Software Consulting, PricewaterhouseCoopers and DPS India Pvt Ltd. She is Bachelor of Science from Calcutta University and a NOVELL Certified Internet Business Strategist.

Sudhir Menon AVP - Technology Sudhir has 15 years experience in planning, building and managing Mainframe and Client/Server applications. Industry experience includes: Oil and Natural Gas, Insurance, Manufacturing, State welfare, and Retailing. Prior to joining KMG, Sudhir worked for Great American Insurance, Cincinnati and Keane Inc. Sudhir holds Bachelor's Degree in Physics from Bombay University and Diploma in Computer Application from NITIE, Bombay. In addition, he is certified in PMP and has been affiliated to Member of the Project Management Institute (PMI).

Shiladitya Sengupta AVP - Business Analysis Group Shiladitya has over 6 years of experience in IT industry with specialization in the US Property & Casualty Insurance domain. He has played key roles in projects involving various aspects of Insurance including Policy Management, Reinsurance and Claims Processing. Prior to KMG, Shiladitya has worked in Cellular Automata Research Lab for DPS Technologies India Pvt. Ltd. He is a B.Tech. in Radio Physics & Electronics Engg. and a B.Sc. in Physics (Hon’s), both from University of Calcutta.

Shiv Trikha President and Managing Director Shiv has more than 30 years experience in information technology solutions and services. He believes that success is directly linked to customer satisfaction, and dedicates his time and resources understanding customer requirements and " delighting " the customers with the results. Prior to joining KMG Infotech as President and Managing Director he was with IBM, beginning in India and since 1979, in IBM US. His career in IBM started as a Systems Engineer, and later on progressed to Systems Engineering Manager, Sales Manager and Business Development Manager. Shiv is an engineering graduate from IIT Kharagpur.

Monish Chopra Head Marketing - North Monish has brought with him 19 years of rich experience in Sales & Marketing, Operations, and Customer Service in the area of IT&T (Storage Management, Networking, Software Development and Operations Management). Prior to joining KMG, he was associated with Lynx Technologies, Australia. He was also associated with SCH Technolgies, Storage Technology & Tata Unisys. He has earned Master's degree in Business Administration from University of Phoenix, USA and he has also done B.Tech (Electrical Engineering) from Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur.

Arvind Kochar Chief Operating Officer Arvind has over 18 years of experience in Marketing Solutions, IT Education & Human Resourcing. He heads the HR, Resourcing Team and Infrastructure set up in KMG. Prior to KMG, Arvind was managing Oracle Authorized Education Center and marketing of services and integrated solutions for Hewlett Packard (India). He has also been involved in areas of IT hardware & network planning with Pertech Computer Ltd. & DCM Data Products. He is Bachelors in Electronics Engineering and Masters of Business Administration.

Y.N. Ramachandran AVP - Finance Ramachandran has over 27 years of experience in areas of secretarial, accounts, auditing, taxation and MIS. Prior to KMG, Ramachandran was heading the autoancillary company and had earlier worked with VC fund in accounts & auditing. He hold a Bachelors Degree in Commerce.

Asok Majumdar VP - Technology Asok has over 25 years of experience in project management, system integration and client relationship. His domain knowledge includes Finance, Retail, Sales & Distribution and Data warehousing. He has experience in managing 24x7 offshore production support team. Prior to joining KMG, he worked for DPS, PCL-Mindware and Globsyn Technologies. Asok holds Bachelor's degree in Physics from University of Calcutta.

Chandan Roychoudhury VP - Technology Chandan has more than 30 years of rich experience in managing software projects and E-commerce, client/server, mainframe systems, midrange systems and mission critical applications. Prior to joining KMG, he worked for Mindteck, PCL Mindware, Calcutta STP, SAS Solutions and DPS in diverse capacities. He has worked in various geographies including North America, Germany, South Africa and Holland. Chandan is a Science graduate with Honors in Physics from University of Calcutta.
